may 12, 2008— a major earthquake measuring 7.8 on the richter scale jolted wenchuan county in southwest china's sichuan province. many construction machinery companies responded quickly and donated money and disaster relief supplies. sdlg is no exception.
after learning about the earthquake, the company immediately contacted its dealer in sichuan – changcheng construction machinery company, and entrusted the company to provide 20 loaders for the disaster affected people, and also provide 2 loaders for spare use. at the same time, sdlg organized a donation activity and all the employees donated 80% of their monthly salary to support the disaster areas.
